The CitizenGulf team is thrilled to partner with Gulf Coast Benefits and promote our effort to benefit fishing families affected by the Gulf Oil Spill disaster. The third immediate action that you can take to benefit local Louisiana families is voting for Gulf Coast Benefits Co-Founder Sloane Berent's Pepsi Refresh Contest project.

Sloane (who also authors the Causemopolitan blog) has created a $25,000 project to benefit kids and families with five community birthday parties in Louisiana along the Gulf Coast. Each party will be open to the entire community and provide hundreds of families the opportunity to put the incredible oil spill stress aside for the day, have fun and come together as a community.
